Local musician Carlos Locos also took time to test his fitness at the cross country National championships

Local musician Carlos Locos also made time to take part in the 2019 National Cross Country to test himself and his fitness against Namibia’s best. He took part in the 10km race. Carlos is a fitness fanatic and uses running to keep fit and healthy.
